ok helping a freind he gats a 94ls and wants a jdm b16a head on it and was told by the local performane shop that they won't do it so I was wondering if and one has some steps to do this hopefully a step by step please help

make sure you use the right components and match the right timing belt with oil pump, ecu correct one, and tq everything down to spec..
