LSD Problem

I recently purchused a b16b and swaped it into my 99 civic coupe but it seems that my lsd is locking up in first gear especially when i turn the wheel from a stop I changed the solinoid thinking it might be stuck on but it did not fix the problem can anyone help me !!!
