ok i jus got done pullin my b16 and i took the head off and wanna put it in the machine shop just not too sure wat to get done...I plan on done an N/A crvtec...wat should i get done!?

I would a.) disassemble it [yourself], b.) have a valve job done, c.) have new valve guides installed and finally d.) have the machine shpo check for levelness to ensure hte head isnt warped.
