Making your own poly. mounts??

i remember reading a while back about someone sayin you could make your own mounts stiffer by buying some kind of urethane and pumping it into the mount or something like that?

i see how it could work but if it is true, what product would you buy? sounds like a good idea. i want to stiffen my rear mount, if it looks eugly, no one will ever see it!
