manual rack

i ripped out the power steern along time ago. dum idea. rattling inside tie rod ends. but now i just looped it but. its still alittle too stiff for those emergency uturns. my question is for the eg, were there egs that had manual racks? i know they make them but what model h/b/ coupe? ex? cx? please answer if you have one seen one not read about.

I know CX definitely has a manual rack. My brother has a CX and so does my cousin. As far as DX's, I'm not sure about them(a guy who's car I'm working is a DX but I didn't look).
