i just got a 1990 hatch with a minime and it has some problems that i'm not sure about

first off its a zc block with an i dont know head but its vtec i'm thinking a head off a 92-95 honda

    it has a pm6 ecu
it has gas in the oil
it smokes white like uncle bucks car
my coolant level is still full
it pulls fine unless i give it full throttle and it completely bogs down to nothing.
the guy i got it from said the timing is off but it idles fine stuff so i dont know

does this just seem like bad rings?

Seems like a bad head gasket. Has the symptoms. Do a compression test and let us know how it goes.

BTW, is the oil milky? The gas smell is probably from blow-by and/or bad PCV valve(just clean it).

cause the car came with it.

not sure what you mean by feels milky but when you rub your fingers together you can feel the gas in it along with smelling it.

Milky oil looks whiter than it should normally be; like someone put milk in it.

i would say yes then but not like super milky but i changed the oil right when i got it cause there was barely any in it and i have ran it for like 5 minutes since because of how much smoke there is

Check/change your head gasket, it sounds like that's definitely the issue. It's not too hard to change; just make sure you get new head bolts(per Honda's recommendation) or ARP studs.

    It'll definitely run better with a P28.
