Ok so im ready to make my mini me set and i herd that they make around 140hp but with a good tuning you can push 190hp and my question is should i get those ebay chips or go get it tune by a professional.

chips are generic and unless you have the EXACT set up that the chip was made for, you risk damage.
stock, you'll never hit 190. hell, 140 is pushing it.
the z6 makes 127 hp stock.
the 1.5 block gives it a little more cimpression, so 130-135 is possible for a bolt on affair.
but that was new. 20 years ago. The old parts with build up will make less power.
you're not going to hit 190 without SERIOUS internal work, or boost.

The guy that sells the chips saids that you have to give him every single detail about your set up if i risk it with the chips there's a high chance i may blow up my engine right
