Music Editing: Crossovers

Hey guys, one of my friends asked me if I could mix a cd for her. I have no idea how. Its a really simple mix where the last song fades out and the new song fades in. But its not one long ass mix. You can change the tracks normally, but if you listen to the cd continously, there are no breaks.

I used to have Roxio that had an option that was "cross over" or something like that. And it was just a matter of selecting 1-2 secs fade, but have since lost the program. Does Nero have it? Or does even the new Roxio's have it?

under what section would it be? ill try messing around with nero again. there is an audio editing program, but its too sophiscated for what i want to do.
