what would be the best swap for my car a crazy built up b16a or a b18c1 or if you have any suggestions please let me know

b18c, or a b16 head on your ls block. The reason being torque, the b16 does not have enough torque to really efficiantly pull around your heavy integra. read the FAQ on the LS/Vtec:
