I recently got a Civic Si 00' and i want to build it up all motor. It has intake that came with it. Next im thinking about getting ITR cams, toda cam gears, valve retainers, and a pnp/valve job. After that im thinking about stroking it to 1.8l and getting high compression pistons, my question is the gains worth stroking it, or should i just get High compression pistons and leave it 1.6l. Any advice would be great, thx.

do the head work you suggested and get a 1.8 or 2.0 block

Resleeve he block with bigger pistons and increase your displacement that way. Hybrid builds as far as engines are hard to build right.

buying an ITR bottom end is cheaper than stroking it and more reliable.
