well I am going to get my new (to me) fridge today. I found it on Freecycleâ„¢: Changing the World One Gift at a Time . It's a website where people list stuff that they don't want or need anymore and just want to get rid of. Everything on it is free. You can also post for things you are looking to get. Great deals I'm sure lots of junk, but in my current situation I can't afford to buy one, and I gotta keep my credit cards at $0 ballance till next month for the refinance.

check it out i know one of the regions is orange county ny might have some free stuff for ya. good way to get rid of old shit to. cost me $15 to rent trailer from u-haul and about$20-$25 in gas.

joined up .. gotta keep an eye out for free shit now.

this is the email i got after signing up.. they say to list absolutely anything. .. ahha.. i guess they figure someone could use it

"But, I haven't gotten anything to offer...I wanted free stuff!" you
think.

Well, think again!

Do you have kids? Kids have clothes and toys! Did your son outgrow
that cute pair of pants? Is your daughter not so into that dress
that she got for her 2nd birthday? A pair of socks, a book that's
been read till it's dog-eared?

Do you have a video, a DVD, a shirt that one of your kids has
outgrown, or something you haven't worn in ages? Do you have a
paperback book that you just don't read anymore? A CD that you don't
listen to, a handful of pens, working or not, a bottle of hand cream
that you tried once, and didn't like?

Do you have a handful of paper, a board game that is just collecting
dust? Have a candle that won't burn anymore that you've been meaning
to throw out? Candle makers can use them! Do you have a rough-and-
tumble family member whose clothes end up full of holes in no time?
They can be used as rags, or someone can fix them up for play
clothes! Broken crayons can be melted down and used for craft
projects. Those AOL cds that everyone gets in their mail can be used
as coasters or candle holders, or even for art!

A broken cup that stays at the back of the cupboard, a chipped plate
or bent spoon? Empty jars from pickles, Cheez Whiz, jams, etc, can
be reused for canning. Got a toaster that burns everything? A coffee
maker that doesn't make coffee anymore? A frying pan without a
handle?

Maybe you've got a picture frame that you just don't love anymore,
or a whole bunch of grocery bags that are taking up more space than
you have! Sheets that you don't use anymore, blankets that are too
itchy, maybe some sewing needles, thread, a puzzle, a broken phone...

There is no offer too big or too small! Just remember - One person's
trash is another person's treasure, and even if it looks
lifeless...someone else might find it to be just the thing they're looking for!
