need help asap

im in the final stages of my fully built jdm b16a and my p/s brackets dont line up... and i need to get this car on the road.... how do i run no p/s right? or is there a way to make this work? im using my old p/s and brackets off a 90 DA

ok i have everything hooked up to the pump... can i just run it without a belt bcuz there it no way its going to line up....thoughts?

This is why I hate power steering.

I'm not 100% sure if honda uses power *assisted* steering or straight hydraulic. If it's power assisted, then you will still be able to turn the wheel w/ difficulty because you'll be fighting the assist motor. If it's straight hyd, then there's no physical link from the steering wheel to the wheels and nothing will work w/out that pump.

Either way, I'd recommend researching a method to convert to manual steering. That way you'll get more HP to the road.
