What do i need to do to swap a dohc to b16 odb 0. this is temp swap because i just need to get a ticket signed off and my buddy is down a car right now. (89 hatch got t-boned)

This has been cover 10 billion times. You need:
Mounts (hasport are best) -$250-$500
Shift Linkage (hasport, avid, rewelded 90 teg) - $150
Wire up VTEC free or $75 (if you want a conversion harness)
IF he has a STD or HF he needs Si or Dx hubs
if He has a Dx, he needs to rewire his car for MPFI free or $150 (for conversion harness)

Do a search, Hasport.com has a parts list that you'll need. Its not a hard swap, I did it in my garage with a friend.
