Need Help Hooking Up A Vtec On A 1.6

i just go this 92 hatch with a 1.6 vtch and the car is ghetto. there is 2 wires already running from the ecu and vtec use to work but now not working jsut want to make sure there are no loose connections thanks

The 1992 model civic 3dr are already wired stock for vtec. I have a 1992 hatch that was a virgin when i got it and i was going to put a d16z6. Which is probably the motor u are using. and i found on this site that 1992 civic hb were completley wired for vtec. So i did the swap and yes vtec works.
