need help. obd2b to obd1 convertion.

hello everyone.
I'm doing(REPINING) a obd2b to obd1 (z6) swap for a friend and i have some questions.
i got the obd1 and obd2b diagram from FF-SQUAD,

now... i have some questions,
what is "K-Line"? pin21 con(A)
where is the TXD/RXD wire? (i need to hook it up to the p28)
does obd-2b vehicls has ELD?

dizzy question:
to where do i need to hookup the blue wire of the dizzy? (rpm? from where?)
