need help on adjusting my fuel pressure!!

i have the B&M F.P.R and B&M F.P.G. and i read in the tech article section on here. and here's what it says:
"To adjust your pressure at static idle, Hondata suggests that you do it without the car running. Turn the key to "ON" and the fuel pump will prime the system, then you can adjust your fuel pressure accordingly."

now when i turn my crx to the "on" position. the fuel pressure gauge reads like 44psi. then it slowly drops down to as far as 36-38psi(i turn'd the crx off at that point. so i don't know if it'll keep going down or not!!)

now is that normal? should it do that?

i didn't want to adjust anything yet until i knew for sure that's what it does!!?!!

fixed it!! there was a small leak near the F.P.R. i just tighten'd it up. and it stopp'd losing pressure. so i then adjusted the fuel pressure!!
