need help on swap

i got a 00 ex in a 97 dx hatch wit a 96-98 ex ecu
i put everything in including the vtec
but when i turn the key to the power postion i dont hear the fuel pump
n the car wont start

any suggestions?

its also cranking n when i try to check the code on the engine light it wasnt giving any codes

check all of your wiring, and the main relay by the fuse box under the dash on the drivers side
