Need P30 help

I need a OBD2a USDM P30 to run a B16.

The list here on hondaswap says the P30 is OBD1

I have found a P30 but 1) I think its auto. 2) I don't think its from north america, meaning it won't hook up to our OBD2 diagnostic scanner and won't pass inspection.

Can someone tell me where to find info on a P30-N51?

there are obd1 and obd2 p30 ecus - there a few ecu's you can run for a b16 depending on your obd and needs/wants etc.

i'm looking to run a 100% stock OBD1 B16A1 with an OBD2 P30 in an EK chassis.

I need a USDM OBD2a to run diagnostics for inspection in my state.

I found a P30-N51 in North Carolina for 375 but I think its going to throw a code = no inspection.

you'll probably want to get OBD2 components off a B16A2, like the dizzy and some sensors eh? or how are you avoiding that

the main problem with the OBD1 B16 is the crank sensor, since the OBD1 block doesn't have a spot for it

someone here gave me a great link to a write up on converting the OBD1 distributor and what wires to cross to get rid of any CEL for the crank sensor
using OBD2 injectors, and i think the rest of the sensors are in the write up

that i couldnt tell you.. i'll see what i can come up with.. look to spend around $250 for one though
