Need Tire Info On Capitol Negotiator Tires

Guys I need HELP!!!! I got a set of motegi rims with the integra i bought- My girlfriend popped the passenger side front tire the first day it was on the road and now i'm scrambling for a tire- The problem is they came with Capitol Negotiator Tires size 205/40/R17 and i can't find them ANYWHERE- If anyone has one in that size or knows of a place I could find one I would be forever grateful- Thanks

I'll bet ya they are a chain store bought tire (made for them buy someone like dunlop), from say a pepboys or similar

I know in CT pepboys carries futura tires (I believe cooper makes them) only place I know of that carries them
