needing help in swapin my head

so what i got is a d15b vtec-e and i want to swap an actuall vtec head on it, i was thinking a z6 head, what would my compression be and what would i all need to swap this head if even possible. i have been told the d15b vtec-e is the same as the d15z1 but i am unsure, oh and i am planning on boosting it, i got a p06 ecu converted to vtec and already chipped and socketed, and help would be great, thanks

with Z6 head, compression ratio = 7.81:1
with Y8 head, compression ratio = 8.04:1

what timing belt would i need to use some say the vx one is too tight but i am not sure, with the z6 head would it be able to even run at that low of compression, and is there anything major i need to know before swapping the head, i plan on putting a block gaurd and arp head studs in too

and how do i know if its usdm or the jdm engine cause i plan on buying rods for it and cant find any
