new and need advise

Like I said in new to the sight but have been reading for a few days

I have been into hondas off and on for a few years now and had hit and miss on getting good deals and I wanted to know if this er hatch is a good buy or not its white has a body kit zc motor (needs head gasket) innercooler 80% of a turbo kit turbo included (needs oil relay or something Like that) and 17 in off brand Rims with brand new Toyo proxies Interior is really rough but I planned in fitting moat of it out even if it was good to save some weight any ways he wants 900 firm and I wanna know if its worth it. Oh and body looks to be pretty clean and title is clean.

id say yea but you have to think if it has ever seen that turbo maybe it has a bigger problem but other then that check out everything. and id say yea its a good deal great for a build
