    I'll be upgrading the DDR to 1024 soon, it was cheaper for me to buy and install another 512 dimm then it was to have it installed at the factory...

    I don't get a discount through them, and in all honesty, have never had a problem with any of the dell machines I've used.

    It's something new.... the older Dell systems and laptops have decent hardware in them, but the last few runs are getting crappier quality motherboards. Hello corporate cost cutting! Hopefully you won't have to use the warranty.
