Alright, I swapped an h22a1 into my 93 prelude and i have the transmission that came on the h22 that has something wrong with it......BUT i also have the transmission from the h23 that has more miles then the h22 tranny but it still works. My Question Is: which trannsmission should i have re built and attatched to the h22?

Why dont you just run the h23 tranny? Unless your h22 is lsd the h23 is almost as good, the only difference is a slightly longer gear in 2nd, which will make the h23 only slightly slower. If your on a budget just use the h23 and save the money your gonna spend rebuilding and save for an lsd.
