No provision for MAP sensor on new TB: How to hook up?

I have a 94 GSR. I purchased another TB for it but didn't catch that my TB has the map sensor sitting on top of it, where-as this one has a vacuum nipple.

Is there anyway I can remove the MAP sensor from my TB, mount it elsewhere and run a vacuum line to it?

i know on my old tb had the same thing and on my map sensor had a nipple as well. So i took a vacuum line and ziptied it on it so it wouldnt come off.
