OBD-0 Throttle body on Skunk 2 manifold?

A friend of mine has a B17A, ITR head, and an OBD-1 Skunk 2 manifold in his EF hatch. He has the throttle body from an OBD-0 B16A on the skunk2 manifold. Would that explain certain problems with vacuum and idle? Do we need to get an OBD-1 throttle body? the vehicle is still wired for OBD-0

there shouldn't be any difference between the TB's.. i've had one from an obd0 b16 on mine, then a d16 that was obd1, then an ITR that comes obd2...

none of them caused me any hassle. are the IM's different at alL??

leak in tb gasket and or intake manifold gasket probably. my crx idled/ran like shit after i put jg manifold on mine. turned out the tb gasket was leaking air in past the butterfly.
