A friend of mine has a B17A, ITR head, and an OBD-1 Skunk 2 manifold in his EF hatch. He has the throttle body from an OBD-0 B16A on the skunk2 manifold. Would that explain certain problems with vacuum and idle? Do we need to get an OBD-1 throttle body? the vehicle is still wired for OBD-0
