OBD Help

    ok everyone im sittin here thinkin what is obd0 is it someone from Star wars? Kidding. I have a 2ndGenTeg I have the b18a1 in it. Someone please explain to me what the hell obd0 and obd1 and pf3's adn all this is... Also give me some transmission codes as well. like cy5 or whatever. I need the code to a GS-R 5 Speed transmission.

    OBD0 is cars 91 an earliar

    OBD1 are cars 92-95

    OBD2 is 96+

    I'm pretty sure at least.
    You can swap newer OBD engines into your older cars, but not the other way around.0

    Stands for On Board Diagnostics. Has to do with emissions stuff. The older the OBD, the fewer the emissions crap it regulates.
