obd0 b16a1 in a 96 dx and 95 dx

ok here is the deal, two of my boys put there money together and they got themselfs two b16a1 engines, now i don't know what the general rule is but i thought you couldn't put obd0 engine in there obd1 and obd2 civics we don't have emission but i wanted to know is all we have to do is change the dizzy's on them and call it a day one of them bought a hydro tranny and the other wants to stay with the cable tranny (i know the hydro is better and easier) but is there anything we should look for? i know an obd0 engine will run in an obd2 car but what could go wrong? is there any problems that i should look out for either one?

i dont really see any diff. between the obd0 abd the obd1 blocks..the only diff. i see is the IM on them...the plugs on the obd1 is the same as the obd0..im not so sure but ive looked on my obd1 motor and my cousins obd0 motor and it looks the same to me.
