A while back i converted my 89 civic to obd1, but had 2 CEL's. 1 was a code 20, Electric load sensor, 2 was code 41 o2 sensor heater. Well, ive been fucking with it for a few hours so far, and im lost.

Im using an obd1 kia o2 sensor. Ive checked the power on all four pins, i know which one is the positive, but the other 3 all read between .02-.05 volts. they all act as a good ground also. so wtf?

the wires on the o2 sensor are 2 white, a grey, and a black.

so, if someone has done this converion using a kia o2 before, please help.

i dont think that youll find many people who have done the conversion using the kia sensor...it might just have different wire outputs.

thats probably where you should have gotten your o2 sensor.

im about to say fuck it, and go to the ol' pick n' pull, get a honda o2. they sell them for like $7.

check the grounds over ELD is usually triggered by a missing or loose ground.
