OBD1 trouble codes. Help meh?

My 93 EX is throwing a code and when I pulled them I get this sequence. I get confused pulling these codes, so any help is appreciated.

When I jump the harness and turn the key on, the light flashes like this:

3 short
7 short
1 long
7 short


What the hell? My speedo works fine BTW.

I installed a new MAP sensor, and have a new TPS to install as well. I cleared the ECU after the new MAP sensor. I need help. I also cannot rev past 6k rpm on a stock P28 and I have a leaking VTEC solenoid. I'm fixing all that stuff but I want to know whats going on. I also don't think my VTEC is working.

Dude, I can do research and I have been. The codes are MAF, TPS, and VSS.

I just replaced the MAF, and cleared the ECU 3 times. Still throwing the same codes. I wanted to know if there were any other guys with the same set of problems at the same time. My VTEC solenoid has a bad seal and I don't think VTEC is engaging, so I have a new seal on the way. I also have a new TPS on the way. So please, unless you have anything useful to say, don't waste your time.
