ok i have a problem. this is the problem i put a obd2 b16 in a 98ek hatch after doing the spap i get no cel when i turn on the key also i get no fuel/spark. i have checked all grounds it will crank and crank. i have checked the fuses and checked for 12v on the yellow and black wires on the ecu and i have power when the key is on any one have any ideas. also i have checked it with a second ecu so lets eliminate that and i know that my harness is good because i just pulled ls swap out and it ran flawlessly.
