OK, I just got B16A2 (OBD1) engine put into my Civic Hatchback '97 (was OBD2). I had to use all wiring from OBD1, since one I had was not good (I had 2 connectors to ECU, fired injectors in pairs, etc, etc.. - European model, D14A4 engine).

Anyway, what I wanted to ask - I just noticed that for tachometar it states in service manuals that for year 96-98 200 pulses per minute are equal to 100rpm, while for 92-95 it says 250 pulses are equal to 100rpm!
So, I guess due to this I'll have wrong reading of tacho?
Anyone had this issue?

I guess it's possible your tach will translate it wrong.

Well, tach works.. does it show wrong readings? Dunno yet.. I only did rewiring to see if it works. Still have lots of rewiring left, and unfortunately can't do anything 'till next weekend.. will see than how ti works B)

Well I imagine it works, but when you start hybrding different generations, and their electronics things can get silly.
