OBD2B TO OBD1 SWAP

I recently swapped a JDM GS-R into a 99 Civic HX. I keep getting the IACV code and was wondering if anyone could give some tips on rewiring. Also it was an auto to manual swap.

3 wire to 2 wire IACV probably. Look in the reference section for details.
