OBDII v2 to OBDII v1

I need some help with the wiring for this engine swap:
2000 Honda Civic 4 Door SE getting a 1997 Integra GS-R engine

Mounting and installing everything has been ok, but the 1997 B18 engine has OBDII version 1 connectors and the host car has OBDII version 2.

Question Does anyone know of an adapter to convert the two?

if you go to jdmhondaparts.com they have jumpers that connect the two different versions, pricey though, over 200
