Offset confirmation!

Hi guys,

Urgent : I am upgrading my brakes to 282mm Type R and will need to change my rims to 4x114. I've got two nice rims which are really good bargain. I need to take one of them today itself. My question is : both rims are 38 offset. Will this be fine for the brakes upgrade? I have an EK9 with B18GSR swapped. Thanks.

38 should clear just fine. but it really may depend on the actual spoke design more than anything else. if they curve in, it may hit. i ran +42's with PLENTY of clearance.
