Offset?

Do you have to use Offset of a stock factory wheel for choosing aftermarket wheels? or can you add a little more/ little less offset?

short answer if your gettin newer rims that are the ame size as the stock rims use the same offset.
you don't use the stock wheel offset if your changing to a larger rims diameter.

I forget what the ideal specs are but I'm sure someone else will chime in.

it depends on the width of the rim.
