p14 chip

sup guys, i just bought a 95 si prelude w/23...i wanted to know if anyone knows how to chip the p14?...and i wanted to turbo it...where can i turbo it for cheap..am talking about under a 1k? please help

with the turbo part of your question, the best way would probably just put it together piece by piece. you can save a lot of money that way. check ebay, craigslist, swap meets, and even on here. or you could ask friends to see if they have any parts they want to sell

and hope a friend wrecks their teg or civic. you do NOT want that p14 ecu because to continue to use it will require quite a bit of money for a good tune and self tuning is near impossible. you want a p28 at a minimum or a p72 (recommended) and that eats up a bit of your budget.
