Might get it started but I wouldn't try it. Get it chipped or buy a proper ecu.

i put obd1 b16 into 93 delsol si sohc vtec.using the stock p28 the car wont start.it wants to but it wont. y??????????

It's the wrong ecu....

Get a p30 or chip the P28 and have a P30 map burnt to it.

will a obd1 p72 run this car except for iab check engine light?? i have a 94 gsr ecu to try.

Give her a try. It will not be using the proper fuel map but should run the car. Also you will have the iab cel like you said.
