well new accords yes, and i hope your not asking about putting them in older accords because that would be a shit ton of work and useless and also GAY. they cars with paddle shifters are for vehicles with 6 gears how many do older cars have.....4 roughlly but to answer your question, new accord i think some have them but not 100% sure
