Passing Emissions

Though this isn't probly a problem with honda engines, i was going to do a swap into a 240sx. What things would i need to do to pass smog. I heard getting a new catback is a good idea, running a/f ratio rich (i think), what other things will i need to do to help with the smog testing?

the first thing you need to do is

GO TO A 240 BOARD!!!!

they will know FAR better than people on a honda board

Second, move to Florida, no emissions here! But id stop by the 240 board first!
