PCT CTR ECU

Please help me i need all info about PCT ecu ,i have problem whit my b16b ,too much fuel on my oil
-pinout
-it normal when i start my engine the rpm up and down and after 5 sec the rpm it stable at 1200 rpm???
-i cant do more 300 km whit full gaz tank
please help me all info about this engine and ecu

you sound a bit confusing ...but is your MAP sensor hooked up correctly ?
