I am rebuilbing my b18a engine and can get 00 usdm gsr pistons will these bring up my compression ratio any.

If you want to raise your compression, get B16 or JDM B16 pistons. They'll bring your compression up to 11.6:1 or higher (JDM > 11.6:1). You won't have to machine your rods to fit the pistons either- you would have to with GSR pistons.
