Piston To Valve Clearance

I'm installing JE 12.5:1 pistons in my B18C. how close would be the piston to valve clearance. I'm just going to but the pistons in while it is still in the car. i have TODA spec c camshafts on. is it dangerous running it on a skunk2 P30 ecu?

the ecu will not make any difference on piston to valve clearance.
