I've been driving one an Energy Suspension trailing arm bushing for the last five months or so, and the squeaking is unbearable. I greased it with the small amount of grease supplied in the box, but that wasn't much. What have other people used to lubricate polyurethane?

thanks for the link, but they want to charge me $13 for a $4 tube of grease. Is white Lithium the brand name? is this something I can find in hardware stores?
 
this is funny i went to pepboys and got water proff grease to do my cause i hard the same thing i been running my seince 98 on my civic no squeek.. plus i caked the grease on to when i did it :ph34r:
