I've been driving one an Energy Suspension trailing arm bushing for the last five months or so, and the squeaking is unbearable. I greased it with the small amount of grease supplied in the box, but that wasn't much. What have other people used to lubricate polyurethane?

thanks for the link, but they want to charge me $13 for a $4 tube of grease. Is white Lithium the brand name? is this something I can find in hardware stores?
