Tell me what you think and what should I offer for each..

Again no cams, no one has the 403's

So tell me what you think of each head and what one is the best buy and what should I offer and finally what ?'s should I have other then paper work

tough choice but I like anybody that asks for lowball bids
as far as what to ask I know you're smart so I wont offer much except to get references from head-builders if you can and check them out

i think you should ask each one of them WHERE the head was ported at.

joe schmoe in the garage with a sander does not mean its going to flow well

Also with what style and method of port job, done to what kind of specs... each port job is different, and should be customized for the specific application.
