Get at power steering pump for the LS engine (ive got one, make me an offer). and get a power steering rack + associated hoses thatll fit your car, then bolt it all in. You may need to get creative and make some cuts and stuff but hey, just because its not easy doesnt mean it cant be done. Prelude seats arnt mean for a civic, but mine work just fine.
