sorry not to familar with ecu's i was looking at my swap and have heard go pw0 or pr3 my question is pr3 only a jdm ecu? and I know it is the ecu that come with my motor, which is a b16 integra xsi motor? is it the best choice!! oh by the way im swapping it into my 91 integra ls

The pw0 or the Pr3 will work. But if you have to worry about smog i don think you will pass. Im running the same swap as you. But im running a pr4 with a vafc for fuel and vtec control. If you want more info on this set up, and the reasons its better let me know.

yeah ive heard pr4 but that it take some serious reprogramming and chippin or something i dont know fill me in some more on pr4 if u could

PR4 + VAFC = sucky
PR4s have a lower revlimiter than PR3s. B16s make power by revving. You strangle the motor with a PR4.

PR3 and PW0 are very similar. Either will work well with a B16.
