PR4 ECU same code as P75 ECU

I have a PR4 OBDI ecu and my friend gave me a chip made for P75 OBDI. MY question is...are they the same code? If i run this chip in my PR4 will it work? Or would it be better for me to purchase a P75 and chip that instead?? Thanks

for reference, this PR4 is going on my OBDI B18B and i'll be turbocharging it. The chip will be an uberchip for the p75
