i have a 1990 honda prelude. it was giving to me with a blown engine.

I was also giving a 1994(think) d15b with vtec.

i was wondering if this swap is possible and what is required. please give me a link or pointers to complete this.

anything is possible but i dont think that block is going to go in very easy. for one, your putting in a smaller engine in a car that was made with a larger displacement motor. Things probably arent going to line up and i dont think anyone even makes aftermarket motor mounts for that swap becuase your stock ones certainly wont work at all.
