It will fit, but the wiring will suck. I believe SleepnAccord said that your vacuum controlled engine mount would need changing, but he'll tell you, I'm sure.
Your car is OBD 1. The engine is OBD 2. Your swap would be much simpler if you bought an older engine(92-96 JDM, or 93-95 USDM). Otherwise, you'll either have a wiring nightmare, or some parts to buy.
1) Get a can of gas
2) douse the motor in it
3) set it on fire
SH's are the worst engine to have for a swap. The tranny as well as the block itself are different and to put it into the coupe would be the biggest pain in the ass swap around. You'd probably have an easier time putting an f20c in and coverting to RWD.
In order to get an SH to fit you not only have to grind down the block, but you have to do some major modification to the rear subframe...
