After searching and reading many of the h23/h22 swap information on this site I noted a couple of problems encountered by previous swappers and would like to know how they were solved.

1. when dropping in a jdm h22a are the fuel line and wiring harness locations on the opposite of the h23. If so what have people done to deal with this.

2. after installing the h22a will the header bolt right up to the stock si exhaust? If not what have people done about it?

3. will the h22a auto tranny bolt right up using the h23 axles?

thanks

I have a 95 prelude si with auto tranny.
Just ordered a h22a, p13 ecu, and auto tranny.

1. Remove the H23
2. Take the wire harness off of the H23
3. Put the h23 wire harness on the h22.
4. Use the H23 fuel rail on the H22
5. If your h22 came with the downpipe then you can use the h22 header/downpipe combo. If not, you have to get a set of aftermarket headers. The h23 downpipe will not bolt up to the h22.

6. If you h23 is auto, you old axles will be fine.

7. Add in the solenoid wire and the pressure switch wires. (3 wires)

I agree. This swap should be a bit easier than a F22-h22 swap.
